The rise of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) has accelerated the need for integrated pedal modules. Future trends include pedals with haptic feedback, allowing the vehicle to communicate with the driver through vibrations to encourage eco-driving or warn of potential hazards. As exporters, we are seeing a 40% increase in requests for smart-integrated pedal assemblies that support ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
International buyers from the USA, France, and Canada prioritize ISO/TS16949 certification and EMC compliance. Reliability in extreme temperatures (from -40°C to +85°C) is a non-negotiable requirement for global supply chains, a standard that our factory rigorously maintains.
With over 20 years of manufacturing excellence, we combine large-scale production with cutting-edge R&D.
The Hebei Province New Energy Vehicle Engineering Standard Laboratory has been built to support cutting-edge product R&D and performance testing. We launched China's first magnetic water pumps and three-way high-voltage insulation monitors, using advanced tech for precise monitoring and diagnosis.
Our factory and R&D base cover over 35,000 sqm. The annual output reaches 1.2 million electronic accelerator pedals, 300,000 magnetic water pumps, and 50,000 insulation monitors. This ensures we can meet the high-volume needs of global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Passed ISO/TS16949 by German Rhine. We utilize full-automatic SMT and over ten assembly & testing lines for better consistency and efficiency. Every pedal undergoes 100% signal accuracy testing before leaving our facility.
We maintain stable cooperative relations with industry giants like Zhengzhou Yutong, Geely, BAIC, and JAC. Our export footprint covers 47+ countries, providing us with deep insights into localized application requirements.
"Emma handled the process very well and professionally. Great to work with her. The pumps are for a prototype and the manufacturer modified the PWM signalling as requested."
