Installation Guidelines

  1. Fix the heater horizontally. Leave >170mm space at the air inlet and >150mm at the top for maintenance.
  2. Install an exhaust elbow to prevent gas from entering the cabin.
  3. If installed in a cabin, ensure an air inlet area of at least 400cm² with a filter. Keep away from flammable objects.
  4. Ensure a rear vent of at least 150cm² for airflow.
  5. Gas inlet pipe diameter should be ≥Φ15 and length <1 meter to ensure supply.
  6. Follow the circuit diagram; use the engine housing as the negative pole and 15A insurance.
  7. The water circuit must include an expansion tank at the highest point; the heater should be at the lowest point.
  8. Install a gas leak alarm in the upper position of the cabin connected to the heater control box.
Series Piping Note: This is a common method, but pipe resistance must be controlled to prevent water circulation blockage and frequent startup.
