Overview:
The electronic fan is developed based on the permanent magnet DC brushless Hall-less motor control technology platform, adopting the internationally advanced "PWM" variable frequency control technology and closed-loop system design. The ECU reads the radiator inlet and outlet water and intercooler temperature signals, and directly controls the start and stop and speed of the fan according to the engine heat dissipation characteristic curve, the supercharger characteristic curve, and the "fuzzy" control mechanism of the temperature change trend to maintain the optimal water and air temperature required by the engine; the design and production of this product meet the requirements of ISO, IEC, QC and other relevant standards. Its energy consumption can be reduced by up to 30%. When used in the field of buses, it can achieve fuel saving of about 8%, noise reduction of about 8dB (A), emission reduction, increase engine effective power, extend engine life, and maintenance-free.
