Overview:
Working principle of automobile liquid heater: one end of the motor drives the combustion-supporting fan to rotate at high speed, and the other end drives the high-pressure oil pump to circulate the fuel in the oil circuit. The solenoid valve opens, and the high-pressure oil mist sprayed from the fuel injector and the combustion-supporting air are fully mixed and ignited by the high-voltage electrode. The heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the circulating liquid in the heat exchanger through the heat transfer plate. The heated circulating liquid is sent to the cooling device in the car under the action of the water pump for heating and defrosting in the car. This heater is an electric injection heater (fuel liquid heater).

Installation Guide: Connect in series with the engine's circulation system. The heater should be placed horizontally and fixed firmly. The air inlet and exhaust port should be prevented from being blocked by debris and should not face the direction of the vehicle's travel.
