High-performance custom accelerator systems and advanced electric water pumps optimized for Hai Phong's emerging automotive ecosystem.
Over the past decade, Hai Phong has transitioned from a traditional maritime port city into the industrial engine of Northern Vietnam. Driven by strategic geography, massive infrastructure investment, and pro-business government mandates, the city has become a vital cluster for global automotive manufacturing. At the heart of this transformation is the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone, which hosts some of Southeast Asia's most advanced smart automotive assembly plants, including VinFast's ultra-modern manufacturing facility.
This rapid concentration of automotive production has generated a massive local demand for high-integrity components. Automotive heaters, passenger cabin climate control modules, and electric vehicle (EV) battery thermal management systems (BTMS) are critical components that must be manufactured under strict specifications. Modern transit networks, such as the Lach Huyen Deep Sea Port and direct expressways linking to China’s southern manufacturing hubs, enable Hai Phong to serve as the ideal operational link for cross-border supply chain integration.
For Tier-1 automotive brands and global distributors, relying on a single manufacturing source represents a major operational risk. The regional integration of China’s automotive technology bases with Vietnam’s assembly capabilities offers an elegant, highly resilient solution. Our engineering headquarters leverages decades of advanced production expertise from our high-capacity Chinese facilities while establishing streamlined, localized logistic routes directly into Hai Phong.
This dual-hub model provides several clear advantages:
Modern automotive cabins and electric vehicle powertrains demand highly precise temperature regulation. In electric vehicles, cabin heating cannot rely on waste heat from an internal combustion engine (ICE). This necessitates high-efficiency high-voltage PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heaters. Our systems are engineered to provide maximum thermal output with minimum power consumption, directly preserving vehicle driving range.
Our 5kW and 7kW electric heaters utilize specialized PTC ceramic elements that act as their own self-regulating safety sensors. As the temperature rises, electrical resistance increases, preventing thermal runaway. These units operate on voltage ranges up to 600V or 800V DC, making them fully compatible with modern EV battery architectures.
To circulate coolant efficiently through complex battery cooling loops and cabin heater cores, we utilize low-voltage electronic water pumps (ranging from 55W to 380W). By utilizing brushless DC (BLDC) motors and wet-rotor magnetic drives, these pumps prevent typical mechanical shaft seal failures, guaranteeing an operational lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours.
In Southeast Asia's hot and humid tropical climates, thermal management is not just about heating—it is about humidity control, battery cooling, and commercial transport defogging. In Hai Phong and the broader ASEAN region, our systems are tailored for unique operational scenarios:
Automotive components must satisfy strict quality and safety criteria. As an established OEM partner, our manufacturing operations are managed under the internationally recognized IATF 16949 quality standard. Originally verified by TÜV Rheinland in 2008 and continuously updated, our quality assurance systems oversee every stage of development, from raw material procurement to end-of-line testing.
Our facilities house dedicated testing laboratories, including the New Energy Vehicle Engineering Standard Laboratory. In these facilities, products undergo rigorous validation processes, including:
Over two decades of structural expertise, large-scale production, and verified global supply capabilities.
Our dedicated state-level laboratory supports cutting-edge R&D and precision validation. We engineered China's first high-voltage isolation monitors and magnetic-drive brushless water pumps, establishing new performance benchmarks for electric vehicle thermal control.
Every design phase runs in compliance with ISO/TS16949 and IATF 16949 standards. Utilizing fully automated SMT assembly bays and over ten automated testing lines, we maintain batch consistency that satisfies Tier-1 vehicle manufacturers worldwide.
Operating a manufacturing footprint exceeding 35,000 square meters, our facility delivers an annual output of 1.2 million electronic accelerator pedals, 300,000 magnetic water pumps, and 50,000 high-voltage isolation monitors.
